PAYMENT OF REGISTRATION FEES
ESFC will not be offering club managed payment plans for the 2026 season.
The good news is that registration costs are much lower than last season.
PayPal Payin4 can also be used to spread the payments at checkout.​
Full registration payment is required up front at time of registration.
Players will secure their position in their team upon full payment of entire registration fee.
Full registration membership payment is required no later than 20th March 2026.

Registration fees are compulsory & NON REFUNDABLE
2026 PLAYING UNIFORM & EQUIPMENT:​
All players are required to wear a mouthguard during competition, and contact training.​
All players are required to wear football boots during competition and training after 1 April 2026
​
Please note:- FOOTBALL BOOTS ARE NOT ALLOWED FOR ANY PRE SEASON TRAINING BEFORE 1 APRIL 2026 - please wear normal runners.

The club has a large selection of member donated second hand footy boots available.​
A playing guernsey will be provided for the duration of the season and MUST be returned. $70 will be charged for failure to return each guernsey.

Female only teams are required to purchase (or retain from previous year):
Green (away) shorts

2026 AGE CUTOFFS:

The EDFL have advised that in order to be eligible to play in a competition the player's age must fall as per below.

Under 18.5's - cannot turn 19 before 1 July 2026
(born between 30/6/2007 & 31/12/2009)

Under 16's - cannot turn 17 before 1 January 2027
(born between 1/1/2010 & 31/12/2011)

Under 14's - cannot turn 15 before 1 January 2027
(born between 1/1/2012 & 31/12/2013)
​
Under 12's - cannot turn 13 before 1 January 2027
(born between 1/1/2014 & 31/12/2015)
​
Under 10's - cannot turn 11 before 1 January 2027
(born between 1/1/2016 & 31/12/2017)

Under 8's - cannot turn 9 before 1 January 2027 & must turn 7 years old no later than 30 April 2026 (born between 1/1/2018 & 30/4/2019)

A player transfer form must be completed and processed by East Sunbury Football Club's Registrar.
