via the PlayHQ portal in line with AFL policy. (there is no cost for coach, volunteer & officials registration).

This fee is ADDITIONAL to ESFC Registration Fees & payable by all players

SENIOR MEN, RESERVE MEN & SENIOR WOMEN
Senior Men: $575 registration payment is required up front at time of registration.​

Senior Reserves: $350 registration payment is required up front at time of registration.

Senior Women: $350 registration payment is required up front at time of registration.

Players will secure their position in their team upon full payment of entire registration fee.
Full registration membership payment is required no later than 31 March 2025.

Registration fees are compulsory & NON REFUNDABLE
2025 PLAYING UNIFORM & EQUIPMENT:​
All players are required to wear a mouthguard during competition, and contact training.​
All players are required to wear football boots during competition and training after 1 April 2025
​
Please note:- FOOTBALL BOOTS ARE NOT ALLOWED FOR ANY PRE SEASON TRAINING BEFORE 1 APRIL 2025 - please wear normal runners.
​
The club has a large selection of member donated second hand footy boots available.​
A playing guernsey will be provided for the duration of the season and MUST be returned. $70 will be charged for failure to return each guernsey.
​
All players are required to purchase (or retain from previous year):

Blue (home) shorts &
Club socks

Uniform and other apparel can be purchased from our online apparel store.
2025 AGE CUTOFFS:
The EDFL have advised that in order to be eligible to play in a competition the player's age must fall as per below.

SHOULD YOU WISH FOR YOUR CHILD TO PLAY PERMANENTLY IN A DIFFERENT AGE GROUP, YOU WILL NEED TO
CONTACT THE COMMITTEE FOR APPROVAL
Under 18.5's - cannot turn 19 before 1 July 2025
(born between 30/6/2006 & 31/12/2008)

Under 16's - cannot turn 17 before 1 January 2026
(born between 1/1/2009 & 31/12/2010)
​
Under 14's - cannot turn 15 before 1 January 2026
(born between 1/1/2011 & 31/12/2012)
​
Under 12's - cannot turn 13 before 1 January 2026
(born between 1/1/2013 & 31/12/2014)
​
Under 10's - cannot turn 11 before 1 January 2026
(born between 1/1/2015 & 31/12/2016)
​
Under 8's - cannot turn 9 before 1 January 2026 & must turn 7 years old no later than 30 April 2025 (born between 1/1/2017 & 30/4/2018)
TRANSFERRING FROM ANOTHER CLUB?

A player transfer form must be completed and processed by East Sunbury Football Club's registrar.
