2024 REGISTRATIONS
All senior and junior players, coaches, volunteers and officials must be registered by themselves (or a parent or guardian) via the PlayHQ portal in line with AFL policy.
(there is no cost for coach, volunteer & officials registration)

2024 Registration Costs & Inclusions:

This fee is ADDITIONAL to ESFC Registration Fees & payable by all players

*** REGISTRATION INCLUSIONS ***
All registered junior players will receive a warm up top.
All registered senior players will have a choice to receive either a warm up top, reversible singlet or club polo.
Registration Includes:
EDFL Affiliation Fee, EDFL Umpire Fees, Insurance - Public Liability, Insurance - Asset Protection, Insurance - Paraplegic Senior, Insurance - Player Medical Senior, ESSG Levy, Council Facilities Bills, Electricity, Cleaner & Associated Costs, First Aid Kits, Coaches Training, Match Day Balls, Training Equipment, Game Day Awards, Jumper Presentations, Trophies, Team Nights
2024 Playing Uniform & Equipment:

All players are required to wear a mouthguard during competition, and contact training.
​
All players are required to wear football boots during competition and training after 1 April 2024.
Please note:- FOOTBALL BOOTS ARE NOT ALLOWED FOR ANY PRE SEASON TRAINING BEFORE 1 APRIL 2024 - please wear normal runners.
The club has a large selection of member donated second hand footy boots available.

A playing guernsey will be provided for the duration of the season and MUST be returned. $70 will be charged for failure to return each guernsey.
All players are required to purchase (or retain from previous year):-
White (away) shorts
Blue (home) shorts &
Club socks
*** UNDER 8's REQUIRE BLUE SHORTS ONLY ***
Uniform and other apparel can be purchased from our online apparel store.
Transferring From Another Club?

A player transfer form must be completed and processed by East Sunbury Football Club's registrar. Please click on the link, download the transfer form, and complete.

Transfer forms must be handed
with supporting documents to the ESFC Registrar,
for processing.
Payment of Registration Fees:
JUNIORS
Full $225 registration payment is required up front at time of registration.
Registration fees are compulsory & NON REFUNDABLE

SENIOR MEN, RESERVE MEN & SENIOR WOMEN
Senior Men - $530 registration payment is required up front at time of registration.

Senior Reserves - $275 registration payment is required up front at time of registration.
​
Senior Women- $0 registration payment is required up front at time of registration.
Registration fees are compulsory & NON REFUNDABLE

Players will secure their position in their team upon full payment of entire registration fee.
Full registration membership payment is required no later than 31 March 2024.
2024 Age Cutoffs:

The EDFL have advised that in order to be eligible to play in a competition the player's age must fall as per below.

Under 18.5's - cannot turn 19 before 1 July 2024
(born between 30/6/2005 & 31/12/2007)

Under 16's - cannot turn 17 before 1 January 2025
(born between 1/1/2008 & 31/12/2009)

Under 14's - cannot turn 15 before 1 January 2025
(born between 1/1/2010 & 31/12/2011)

Under 12's - cannot turn 13 before 1 January 2025
(born between 1/1/2012 & 31/12/2013)
​
Under 10's - cannot turn 11 before 1 January 2025
(born between 1/1/2014 & 31/12/2015)

Under 8's - cannot turn 9 before 1 January 2025 & must turn 7 years old no later than 30 April 2024
(born between 1/1/2016 & 30/4/2017)
